For the oily or combination skin, yours truly's using this.
Step 4) Close: the pores with your daily toner. (1 min)
(Now, reason being why we are to rinse with warm water is to allow our pores to be opened, such that it could retain whatever nutrients from the face mask. So naturally we should close it to prevent the nutrients from eluding.)
Step 4) Apply: moisturiser / night cream.
Ok, question: If I have already applied the toner and minimised the pores, the skin will not be able to absorb the night moisturiser isn't it?
Truth is, I don't have a scientific explanation to it. This is how I work. I suppose the pores will naturally be taking in whatsoever nutrients you've got when you are asleep. Well I did hear research claims sleeping actually repairs your metabolism, and hence increases the metabolism rate.
(So sleeping is good. ^-^ )
Step 5) Apply: your eye reviving cream.
It's really important. Really.
